Thread of God is a thought process I indulge myself in regularly. There it is. My most inner secret. The aim of this is to link ideas together that pop up in the everyday movement of your life. How many times have you read or been told to watch out for God throughout your life?? Well this is how I do it:
Bible study is something I regularly do each week with two Jehovvie friends and after this one particular morning of questioning I had to rush straight into the car and go pick someone up. And on turning on the radio after reflecting on the mornings thoughts the tune on the radio was ‘Bring me a higher love’ by Whitney Houston. This made me laugh quite a lot. God bursting through the airwaves with what I was to aim for sung by a woman who is already with him. That is T.O.G. at its epitome.
The last occurred over the span of three days to complete. I had asked the question ‘What do you think the symbolism of the four horsemen are supposed to represent in the book of Revelation? Did I google it? OOPPPss!! No I did not. I just let it hang there in the open. My friends had no answer so said they would try and find out an answer for next week. An lo and behold God steps into the breech and reading a book last night on mindfulness I find an answer. And it was this; that the conscious mind is the rider and in control but the horse is the unconscious mind, larger, more powerful but is controllable.
Now in relation to the four horsemen in Revelation, it could be seen that the four mindsets of Holiness, War, Trade, and Death are being represented. And each of these mindsets are split into what you see as in actions of the world and also in the invisible thoughts that are required to take place for these mindsets to become reality. It is no coincidence the order that these mindsets appear. Where very Holy people have appeared on earth, others move as faraway from God as they can get. Moving from Love to Hate and with enough hatred in the world we get to wars. Wars lead to the disruption of trade on which agriculture etc relies and in turn this helps the final horseman on his journey. The actions of Disease and Death.
